Extented car warranty ****

Good day Im launched a claim for my vechile to be fixed since it broke down due to electrical problems which the technicians at volvo explained to ur consultants only for them to reject the claim sayings the components included are not covered but the technicians explained that the car has electrical relay problem resulting in car break down and battery loss now i dont understand why its not being processed

The car never had a battery problem and the full diagnostic report clearly shows the electrical mul****ion nor is the reason for the breakdown
