extension of overdraft rejected

good day I app**** for an extension of my overdraft by 4000rand making to 10000.00 after waiting for response for over a week I get an sms its been declined, so I phoned the call centre to be told insufficient cash flow, I earn 3x that with my salary and I have been an asba client for over 15 years, nice to know I cant even reply on my own bank in times of need, as once my salary gets paid the overdraft comes off so I do not understand the reasoning behind it ???<br> <br> seriously considering taking my banking needs elsewhere next year !!!
