Extended warranty added without consent

I purchased a brand new vehicle which comes with 5 year warranty and service plan. I got an email stating that I joined a warranty for R 297.00 which I am not aware of, I immediately cancelled it on 9 September 2020 and this has still not been cancelled. This is poor customer service and have escalated my request for anyone who may assist in getting this cancelled and funds refunded to me.
