extended warranty

this is my 2cd complain because the 1st one nothing was done. absa just responded that they will get back to me and I am still waiting. i had to pay R8700 for a clutch for my car. but that is covered on the warranty. if absa could not deliver why was i paying absa for 2 years for then. i want answers im very angry<br> <br>
