Extended cover, more like never cover money pit

Pay for a vehicle extended cover and when you need it to work for you no one from ABSA helps, get put through form one agent to another and have to explain myself over and over. Submit a claim via the cell app and mail *** and still nothing happens. Very disappointed in the service and experiencing. Will not recommend taking any Extended cover with ABSA if you can not get hold of the correct person to help process a claim.
