extended breakdown warratny

in may 2013 i took out a extended breakdown warranty with absa. to day i submit a claim for my clutch to them they telling me they cannot pay it because my car is still under toyota warranty. now this is where im confused i have been paying them for the last 2 years they never bothered to tell me about this toyota warranty but what is funny is cleary if i knew about this so called toyota warranty i would have not taken the warranty with absa. i need answers this is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. All you is a sale ABSA but cannot deliver on the promises you made
