Exploiting elderly
When my elderly parents went to renew their investments the lady who helped them told them it is compulsory to sign up for ABSA Rewards. They don't even have a credit card and never use their debit card for payment. Please cancel the ABSA Rewards and pay back the R21 you took from their accounts.
