Exploiting clients, adding to bill.

On the 26th of October my car was repossessed by Elijah. I was told that I have 30 days to come up with the arrears and I will be charged R50 a day for storage. I paid what I owed the bank within 7 days. Got the address from Elijah. When I arrived they said I cannot get the car as legal has to release it. I called Pearl the next day and she at first tried to charge me for towing yet my car was driven away. Then I was informed that I gave to pay R3500 because my chassis plate on the engine was missing. She told me she is looking at the pictures. My whole bill which included storage, a release fee and getting the car back onto my name came to R4957.20. The next day I requested pictures of the car and the invoice of the chassis plate. The invoice amount was R1900.00 not the R3500 which Pearl gave me. I reported it to her manager Selina, but all she did was defend her staff members ********* behaviour. Absa legal knows people are desperate to get their cars back and tries to explode their vulnerability<br> It is just a money making **** and if I did not question and ask for evidence they would have pocketed the extra money.
