Expired card - no open branches

Good day

I received a sms stating that my debit card will expire in 30 days and i must get one within 90days to avoid fees, the issue i have is the branches around me are closed due to Covid-19, how do i go about getting a new card without paying delivery fees and unnessary costs. My card has now expired.

Dear Customer Thank you for bringing this unfortunate matter to my attention and please accept my sincere apology. Kindly advise whereabouts are you and which branches are closest to you. Once the card has been received you need to activate pin in the branch
