EXPIRED BANK CARD

I have recently went to the ABSA branch in Aiken Street Port Shepstone because my card was expired and the consultant told me they were out of stock. How unproffessional that you guys don't keep enough cards in stock. Bear in mind that I am working and I have to choose another day to go to the bank, it's like I am going back and forth here. This card got expired in a year, the last time they don't told me it was the last batch of cards. I really want to close me account as I am very disappointed by the service I received.
