Expected more from our bank
Me and my wife app**** for refinance on our property with the bond at Absa.Firstly they did not take any of my income into account even with my payslips and bank statements proving that it gets paid into my account.After we send it back to them they rep**** and said they first need to send out a valuation person.The valuation person then valued our R 6 million property for 3.7 million.A 620 square meter house with high end finishes on a 5000 square stand.Apart from the huge pool,cameras,borehole etc.I am totally shocked to experience this.I will be left with no choice as to move my home loan to another bank.Sad☹️
