Exorbitant charges on Credit Cards

I have a credit card with ABSA and every month I am being charged a credit facility fee of R30.00. In my understanding a facility fee is charged once a year and there should be no facility fees reason being, I did not apply for a facility but was offered a credit card. Further, In the same account I am being charged an account fee of R24.00 per month. Why all these charges when the account is not used or being used and being charged exorbitant interest rates. For an amicable resolution, I will like all these charges reversed
