Exorbitant Charges made by ABSA

Exorbitant Charges are being made in respect of Bank Fees by ABSA.<br> They are gouging their customers.<br> For example we have an account on which there were 8 small transactions amounting to under R20000 and they charged us<br> R120.60 Internet Banking Fee<br> R 59.50 Monthly account fee<br> R183.80 Transaction fee.<br> I'm other instances we are charged interest on accounts that have never been overdrawn.<br> And to make things worse they have made thing very difficult for customers to complain as they hide behind a wall of bureaucracy and red tape. Perhaps they need to take a leaf out of Capitec's book.
