Exorbitant banking fees with no service or assistance

I am a small business owner who has been banking with ABSA for nearly 15 or 20 years but has never enjoyed a yform of perk as a young colored business owner whos has generated millions of rands through our business account. My concern is the fact absa can never help us to buy anything on credit and my name is totten already from debt with other institutes because my own bank takes money for everything u do but has absolutely notjing to offer us small business people. Now after tsking money for each treansaction i do they still blockedmy inteernet banking nevause they say i have unpaid service fees? Am i missing something because take money for every transaction then they still want to take a lumpsum every month and if u dont have enough they block your account but still charge for everything else u do even though u cannot use your internet banking to do business. It is alreasy difficukt times dur to covid 19 and they have not give us a lityle relief in a form of a y kind of assistance to help us survive what we facing a d contibue penalising us for all kinds of things. Donr these people care about their loyal clients? I think i will have to explore my options to dal with a bank who atleast show tgat they care about teir loyal clients.
