Executor transfering car into dead persons name

Absa Trust have been a real nightmare to deal with. I have requested ghem to transfer a car into my name as I am a benificiary on the will. I have received the paperwork from them but instead the car is being registered in the name of my stepdad. He since passed away and is not a benificiary according to the will. It seems like they do watever they want without any communication with me. I have emailed Mareese Joseph my executor, no response The assistant Kafilewe numerous emails, no response. Elmarie de Beer emailed, only forwarded my email to other people, no response. No one is willing to call me and if I call the call centre I cannot speak to them and leave messages and no one is coming back to me. Please never do your will with Absa Bank
