EXECELLENT SERVICE

I visited Absa bank at Cresta mall this past Saturday to enquire about the trasaction that occured. The new premises are so inviting, stunning and spotless. The que looked very long but it was moving very fast. The staff there was 100% dedicated in assistsng us and making sure that we do not spend too much time in the que. I like the fact that they are even more advance with technology where you get your ticket reference number and their system notifies you when they are about to call out your number. You can do your shopping while you are waiting for your turn to be assisted. Big up to Absa Cresta Mall. Keep up the good work.
