How did you get the to R 3503.94 deduction for internet banking fee from my savings account?

I have requested numerously someone to contact me to open a bundle account - as I have a savings account and your banking fee's is truely rediculous.

I need confirmation as to how you got to a internet banking fee of R 350????? How is this treating your customer fairly?
