Excess Fee and missing discounts
There is excess fee's on my statement, despite the fact I have a plan that allows unlimited deposits and internet transfers. Also the statement is meaningless as it does not break down the charges and i have not been receiving my vehicle finance discount since inception.<br> <br> Thank you kindly.
