Excess Bond
My Excess Bond used to be linked on my Internet Profile so that i can move excess money around in my accounts. Now all of a sudden i must go into the branch to sign documents to get monies transferred. REALLY in this day and age of everything electronic. I am also not happy for the poor reason that was given for the above excuse !!! Its my money it is extra money please somebody help me !!!
