Exceptional Service - Lennie Mnothoza (ABSA Welkom-Freestate Province)

My father recently passed and I took my mother into ABSA Welkom and was assisted by Lennie Mnothoza. Wow.... what an absolute pleasure dealing with Lennie. She is very knowledgeable and gave us her utmost attention, guiding us and advising us on the way forward. Opening up a new bank account for my mother and assisting us with the ABSA funeral policy. She was a super star and explained everything so well that we understood exactly what was happening and the process going forward. She really is a true asset to ABSA.
