Exceptional Service from Connie & Cindy!

After five days of struggling with ABSA Vehicle Financing over a double payment, I was at my wit's end. I had spent nearly a week calling and emailing with zero progress just trying to get my refund processed.

I eventually went into the ABSA Hercules branch, which is where everything changed. I was met by Connie Maredi, who was incredibly friendly and professional. Even though she explained that vehicle finance is typically handled remotely via email or phone, she didn't just turn me away. She took initiative, used the office line to get me through to the right department, and made sure I spoke to someone who could actually help.

That is how I got connected to Cindy on the line. Cindy was just as wonderful—friendly, efficient, and helpful. She processed the refund immediately, and while the 2-3 day wait for the funds to reflect is standard, the relief of finally having it sorted is huge.
