Exceptional service

Yesterday I went to the bank for my parents to give me signing rights I was assisted by Zwonaka at the Secunda mall branch she was patient with both my parents and the documents that I had were in my husbands name and Zwonaka told me not to worry and made me fill in a form and she took it to her manager to sign in that being said she is kind and listens attentively and tries to understand. Today when I went to work I’m telling a colleague how fruitful my day was yesterday at absa and this lady was just wonderful and didn’t even take long as expect my colleague proceed to tell me about her experience and she was assisted by Zwonaka and she was happy with her service and she describes her she says the lady in customer services that wears glasses and I said yes so with that being said Just want to say word of mouth is strong Zwonaka continue to plant that seed in your clients you doing a great job you service is wonderful keep it up
