The impeccable service she provide from the time she checked temperature to helping resolving my enquiry inside the bank. She could have referred me to a different department but she took me through the process step by step, going beyond the extra mile in ensuring I left the bank satisfied, She was an absolute pleasure to work with and an asset to the company.
