Exceptional Service

Once again I got an exceptional customer service from one of your manager Ntombi Zwane. I was not even in the branch at that time. I went to a shopping Centre to make purchases, just when I got to the till I realized that my wallet got ****** inside the store. Left the store frustrated and on my way out I saw absa people just at the entrance of the centre busy with opening accounts. I approached them when I saw the manager from Springs Mall to ask for assistance with the hope of getting a card. She listened to me and helped me cash send myself to make a payment for my groceries, them showed me how to stop and replace my card on the app. Even informed me that it will be a personalized card that I will receive within 3-5 days.

This is the reason why I still love my bank. Thank you Ms Zwane.
