Exceptional service

I would like to thank Mbali from Absa I-direct Insurance for her exceptional service in changing the banking details as well as updating the policy for me. She went above and beyond to help me, even calling my ex to get all his details for the policy.

Even when i could not get through to her direct number she saw I had called and returned my call and assisted me.

Its not very often you get someone willing to go out of there way to assist like you did and it is very much appreciated.
