Exceptional Service

I was assisted on 17/09/2018 by Marcella Van Rensburg. Marcella's service was exceptional & professional. She was extremely helpful. She went beyond her duty to ensure that I obtained the result that I wanted. She held on while I looked for my original emails & then waited further & confirmed that she received my email. It's not often that we receive excellent service, however when we experience it we should commend it. I also called the call centre on 15/09/2018 & the lady that I spoke to told me I must wait for someone to call me back, where as Marcella ensured that I was assisted timeously. Well Done Marcella
