Exceptional Service
I would like tp applaude the service given by Andile Dlomo who is a consultant at Absa Bank Richards Bay, She is honest, and delivers on her promises, unlike other people from other banks. I have had such bad service from banks in the area, and had given up. I'm now considering moving my account to ABSA bank if they have a team of this calibre. Thank you Andile for delivering to my request on time with a smile, keep it up, I would like to see you being a Regional Manager and beyond for Absa, you are great asset for ABSA Bank, please dont change your positive attitude you bring hope to customer service for the area.
