Just a short story.

I called in this morning to make a follow up on my limit increase application and Rodney answered the call and asked him about the documents I sent the previous day and unfortunately he couldn't find the documents on the system and he asked me ti sent the documents to his personal work email of which I did however he still not receiving my email. We had for few minutes and he just too calm, patient and enthusiastic. Finally he received my email after sending email then reply to hix email and he able finalize my application on that one. I'm really grateful for your assistance Rodney, please keep it up.
