Exceptional friendly service

I would like to share the wonderful experience I had at your ABSA Vosloorus branch. I visited the branch to collect my card and activate my app. I was initially assisted by a lady who then referred me to her colleague, Sibusiso Mthombeni. From the moment my son and I sat down, Sibusiso was incredibly friendly and immediately helped ease my anxiety, especially as I had been waiting for a while and was running late for work. Although my card was sorted out quickly, the app gave us quite a few challenges. Throughout the process, Sibusiso remained patient, kind, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. Even when I felt like giving up and leaving it for another day, he reassured me and continued to assist until everything was successfully resolved. I want to express my sincere appreciation. You truly have an exceptional staff member—someone who not only makes customers feel comfortable but also works diligently and professionally to ensure a positive experience. I don’t usually enjoy going into a branch, but with service like this, I would gladly do so again without hesitation.
