Exceptional customer service from Salamina Rabalao at Absa card division!!!

Shine Salamina Shine! Talk about people who know why they wake up early in the morning! Talk about real customer service.... It's funny that I called and spoke to some one before speaking to Salamina and the person said your request can't be done but let me ask a colleague and find out what I can do for you.... Then I decided to hang up coz I had another call coming through. Then I called again and I spoke to Salamina Rabalao and not only help me with my query but she also educated me as to why my credit card operates in a certain manner. And she said I quote "we believe in quality not quantity because quality is what makes clients understand their products better and this results in retaining alot of client". I hope absa promotes you to management because you really understand your work and you are only devoted but you are passionate about excellence customer service. Well done and Keep it up!!!
