exceptional customer service

I would like to compliment Juanita Onuka from Absa Bank with her exceptional service offered to me when i was calling to amend my funeral cover, adding my auntie on my policy as my dad passed away.

She was very professional even if we are colleagues and was very sympathetic by passing condolences. Keep up the amazing work that you do, Absa is truly lucky to have such an awsomeme, hardworking and incredible colleague like you.Thank you so much. Nkoapho Mohapi ***
