Exceptional customer sercice
I would really like to thank Silindile Nzimande from the Westgate mall branch (upper level) she went out of her way to assist me & resolve the issue i had with canceling the absa home loan life cover & replacing it with my OM one. She kept me in the loop every time, from the 1st time we interacted. She tried with all her means to resolve something that has been pending for over 2 months & she resolved it within 2 days. Thank you so much Silindile.
