Excellent Service JHB non-res hub

I left SA end of last year; my last RA is now paying out and I decided to be proactive and inform the ABSA JHB Non-Resident Center to expect the incoming money. This way they dont need to phone me in Canada at 02h00 in the morning to ask me where the money is coming from. Much to my surprise I received a mail from them this morning acknowledging that they received the payout details and will await the payment. Not only that, but a couple of mins later I received another mail from them containing a withdrawal form with instructions on how to transfer the last funds and close the accounts. Now THAT is PROACTIVE THINKING! You have come a long way ABSA, GOOD JOB! Thank you Ruweida, Lucinda and Thea! Also thank you to Rina for helping with Immigration advice and my Private Banker, Alta Coetzee for the couple of years of listening to me complain and servicing my sometimes strange requests!
