I would really love to thank Mr Thabang Phaloane (ABSA FASTBuy) not only for your help but also the manner that you handled everything when you assisted me with the car. The level of customer service and how he engaged me, speaks volumes about how serious he takes his job. He really made me feel special and a valuable client to Absa bank especially after receiving horrible service from others. I was more than prepared to even stop using ABSA as my main Bank but he really renewed my love and hope with the Bank.
