Excellent service from employees

I have lodged a complaint against the poor service received from Absa but with complaints come compliments as well, especially when staff go out of their way to provide excellent service to the customers of the bank. I would wholeheartedly like to THANK Lincoln at Absa Private Assist and Ms Modirwadi Sebetha at AVAF Customer service for their professional, diligent and compassionate delivery of excellent service. It is people like these that uphold the integrity of the bank while others seem to fail. Thank you so much for the assistance, encouragement and making me believe in ABSA as a bank again.
