Excellent service from ABSA, Verdi Center

I had the most positive experience at the ABSA at Verdi center. I was helped by a man called Craig Wilkinson. He spent an hour helping me find evidence of an account that I had paid last June. Thank you! I haven't experienced service like this in years. I tried to resolve the problem with ABSA at Cresta but they were unable to help me.
