Excellent Service from Absa Home loans department

I need to compliment the service I received from Precious Maseko in the Absa Home Loans: Email Services department. I had a very good interaction with her and she explained everything I wanted to know in detail. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable on the subject matter. She assisted me with all my queries and questions and clarified everything for me to the "T". This was a warm welcome as I had a terrible experience at my other banking institution earlier in the week, being transferred 4 times just to be cut off.
