I received exceptional service from ABSA (FICA) Department, i called this morning and i was assisted by Rachel, i wanted to make a follow up on the documents i E-mailed on Tuesday, she was so professional and she handled my query with so much respect, she promised that she will get it sorted out and give me feedback, indeed she got it sorted out and gave me feedback, this is actually the first time i receive such an excellent service from ABSA ever since i joined this Bank, thank you Rachel for everything, you are a star ***
