Excellent service from Absa

I would like to take my hat off to Chandre Pitamber from the Alberton City branch. I had been frustrated by Absa for several weeks in connection with a refund on my AVAF as well as personal loan accounts that I had paid off but was still being debited on. At that point, no one had managed to be of any assistance to me and I was ready to take this matter up with the Ombud but within a few minutes of discussing this matter with Chandre, she was able to immediately resolve the matter relating to my loan account and the funds reflected immediately. Soon after, she was able to reach out to AVAF and the monies reflected in my account a few days later. The level of professionalism and competence experienced from Chandre is truly exemplary Kind regards
