Excellent Service from a premium banker- Patricia Cutter

I would just like to commend Patricia Cutter on her excellent service she provided me with, on more than 1 occasion. I spoke to her yesterday afternoon to get assistance with opening a premium current account for my wife, before 9 this morning the account was open. I called again this morning with a different query, first I got through to a consultant that did not even take my details and just referred me to the branch, I called again and to my surprise I got through to Patricia, WOW…. I was blown away with her service once again, she sorted out my query and exceeded my expectations, I did not have to go into the branch.

She has a wealth of knowledge and very friendly and knows how to speak to clients and keeps the client happy. In both interactions she went over and beyond of what was expected, it was truly a very pleasant experience dealing with her. She really is an asset to your team and I hope she gets recognized for this.

To be quite honest it was truly the best service I have received from anyone I have dealt with when querying any of my Absa Products.
