Excellent Service

I had an issue that needed urgent attention over the weekend, and I honestly didn’t expect to get any help until Monday. But to my surprise, Isobel Paulsen went above and beyond to assist me after hours on a Saturday. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. What really stood out was that I didn’t even have to go into the branch — everything was sorted remotely, which saved me so much time and stress. It’s rare to come across service like this, especially outside of working hours. I’m really grateful for the extra effort and care.
