I always come on hello peter to complain because most of the consultants are *********** but today i have to give credit where it's due. I had a pleasure of being assisted by Natty Mashamaite @absa Savannah Mall with authentication for my online credit card application. He was very patient, welcoming and even went an extra mile to resolve me query. If this is the kind of service absa clients receive @Savannah mall i might as well move all my accounts to ABSA. Excellent service from Natty, he really exceeded my expectations.
