Excellent Service at last
This is not a review for ABSA but for a staff member, Mrs. Mariska Smit. I wrote a review in Nov 2021 and on 11-2-2022 regarding the terrible service received from ABSA Key West. This review is to inform the staff of the Key West branch to learn from Mrs. Mariska Smit at the Cradlestone branch. What Key West ( the manager and her assistant ) could not achieve in 3 months was sorted out by Mrs. Smit in 3 days. Well done and a sincere thank you from myself and my son Emile. Keep up the good work and teach others.
