Excellent service and knowledge

I am currently overseas and had issues with my foreign exchange, I contacted Monica after hours due to time difference and the fact that it was a week later from when the proble. Arised and my mum was not getting the correct advise via the the correct channels , she immediately gave me guidance and followed up with me the next business day on feedback . I have been dealing with her for many years in regards to my foreign exchange matters and she has always superceded her service even thou she is no longer in her department.Definately an asset to any company for her passion, loyalty and commitment to her customer service.
