Excellent Service ABSA Westgate

<p> </p> <p>Hi there, I would just like to compliment Noe at the Westgate Roodepoort branch for her outstanding service. I was at the branch on February 04 2017 with regards to bank charges on my account. The 1st consultant did not take much time to look into my query and didn't give me the answers I needed. I then dealt with Neo who was outstanding in the way she dealt with my query. Although the branch had queues literally going out the door, that did not deter her from giving me her full attention and making sure that I was satisfied with the answers before I left. I walked into the branch frustrated, upset and ready to scream at someone, but just the way Neo handled my query and explained everything to me helped calm me down. Although not 100% satisfied that all of my bank charges were not reversed, I know that Neo did everything she could to assist me and that was satisfying enough.</p> <p>I hope that this message gets passed onto the branch manager and more importantly to Neo to let her know that her excellent service did not go unnoticed.</p> <p>To Neo, keep doing what you are doing and thanks again for the great service, it little things, like going out of your way to assist, that makes us clients feel import and not like we just another number in the queue that counts. I was ready to close my account, and although my query was not fully resolved to my expectation, the excellent service helped me stay on. Its not always about us customers getting what we want, but the way in which our query is dealt with, and that Neo you got 10 out of 10 for your excellent service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Again</p> <p> </p>
