Excellent Service - ABSA Insurance Brokers

<p>I wish to convey a big, sincere THANK YOU to Sandra Albertyn & Dalene Volschenk from ABSA Stellenbosch, for assisting me in claiming for the replacement of a geyser.</p> <p>[An independent Insurance Broker in Robertson - whom I've been with for many years & gets commission - gave me a clear "no" after a 1 min 27 sec phonecall. Only advice/help offered: "l can get a letter from head office to confirm this will not be covered". Wow... not helpful.]</p> <p>Unhappy with my current broker, I turned to these ladies at ABSA Stellenbosch. Sandra made no promises (only to investigate and see if they could help - much more effort than my current broker had even attempted!)</p> <p>So, I moved my Sanlam Insurance policy over to them at ABSA; and within days they investigated the matter and was in contact with me throughout the process. Thanks to Sandra and their care, friendly service & efforts, I was able to claim back from the insurance.</p> <p>I can highly recommend their friendly, fair and efficient service!</p>
