Excellent service - ABSA card

I would like to thank and, put a spotlight on excellent service from Monique Damons from ABSA card services. When I was spoke to her I was already frustrated by the previous 3 agents I spoke to and she really went all the way to assist me and in the end, solved my problem and educated me about what caused the issue in the first place. She listened and explained properly and was polite through out. She was in fact quite a pleasure to talk to!
