Excellent Service

I walked into absa McIntyre street yesterday and the enquiry queue was EXTRA long!!! I had no choice and went and stand in the back of the line. Piet came, introduced himself and asked me what they can assist me with. He made sure I had the correct documents and that I was in the correct queue. He then saw my I-phone and started asking me if I made use of certain apps on my phone. As my response was no, he assisted me with registration and adding everything on my I-phone and also linking all my devices. I can now do everything on my phone and he even showed me how the cash send options works. By the time we finished I was in front of the line. What an AWESOME experience that was. Just a very big shout out and thank you to Piet for excellent service and an awesome personality!!! Well done Absa...
