Excellent service

I would like to compliment the excellent customer service of Fadeelah Abrahams, who works at ABSA, Bank Premium Banker in Heerengracht branch in Cape Town. She welcomed me and my mother who is a new widow with a warm smile and was ready to assist us with what we came for. She was very professional with her work and explaining to us what we don't understand, we would recommend her at anytime. There are a few people like her she really deserves to be appreciated by her superiors. We then came back the following day for another service and she was glad to assist us again.
