EXCELLENT SERVICE
Bianca Grobbelaar, Absa call center manager - EXCELLENT SERVICE ALWAYS. Well done to Bianca for always providing excellent customer service every time I spoke to her or emailed her. Her prompt responses and feedback is amazingly. I have been given the run around at Absa for a few queries, but the moment I was transferred to Bianca she resolved my issues very quickly. Thank you Bianca for the excellent service and advise. Keep it up, we need more efficient people like yourselves.
